Analyze the way I describe myself, my roles, my responsibilities, my strengths, and my struggles. Based only on my language, identify the main identity structures I seem to operate from. What roles do I repeatedly assign myself? What parts of my identity appear stable, adaptive, defensive, inherited, or aspirational? Separate what seems core from what may be a survival role or social mask. Explain the evidence in my wording, list possible disconfirming signs, and suggest one small reflection question that could help me clarify who I am beneath performance, obligation, and habit.
